Q: How does it
work?
A: Employers hire RPA, Inc. to
process their employees' dental claims. The employee receives their
dental services from the provider of their choice. The employee
pays for the services at the time of service, often resulting in
a discount from their provider. The employee submits a claim and
proof of payment to RPA, Inc. who then processes the claim and informs
the employer of the amount to reimburse the employee.
