Q: What is RPA, Inc.?
A: RPA stands for Reimbursement Plan Administrators. We are an administration company specializing in employer sponsored dental, vision and medical expense reimbursement plans. These plans are self-funded and provide the employer with an alternative to 'traditional' plans. We are not an insurance company.
Q: How does it work?
A: Employers hire RPA, Inc. to process their employee dental, vision or medical expense reimbursement claims. The employee receives their services from a licensed provider. The employee pays for the services at the time of service, often resulting in a discount from their provider. The employee then submits a claim and proof of payment with an itemization to RPA, Inc. RPA will then process the claim and on a scheduled basis, will inform the employer of the amount to reimburse the employee.
